This is the latest update from DGM Affiliate Network. A leading travel portal of India ClearTrip.com who is working as an Affiliate Advertiser with a leading Affiliate Network of India, DGM had informed the affiliates that they had removed the PI.

It is a matter of debate that whether to give commission on the base of PI or not but if we consider in the context of India, there are many advertisers who use Affiliate Marketing channel for branding purpose only.

If we think like an Indian consumer, they will normally not prefer to buy at the first instance from any advertiser just by seeing the advertisement.

Affiliates work hard to promote the advertisers and due to that they should get a fair chance to earn the commission.
